John Guffey – Bottling Manager
With over 36 years of experience in winery and mobile bottling operations, John Guffey brings unmatched knowledge and dedication to every project. He joined the Castoro Bottling team in 1999 and has been working with Castoro’s mobile bottling services for more than 25 years.
As Bottling Manager, John oversees scheduling, coordinates logistics, answers client questions, and ensures each bottling truck and crew has the support needed for a smooth, efficient run. His hands-on approach, attention to detail, and deep industry experience help ensure every customer receives reliable, high-quality service.
John takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and delivering consistent results, making him a trusted leader within the Castoro Bottling team.

Alejandro Silva - Lead Operator
Alejandro joined Castoro Cellars in 2002 as a cellar worker and began working on the bottling lines in 2005. A quick learner with a strong work ethic, he soon developed the skills and confidence to run bottling lines independently.
With a strong interest in the mechanical side of bottling, Alejandro takes pride in keeping equipment running smoothly and efficiently. His ability to communicate clearly with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members has proven invaluable while working on the road and coordinating with diverse crews.
Alejandro’s technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to teamwork make him a key contributor to the success of the Castoro Bottling operation.
Cesar Zamora - Lead Operator
Cesar joined Castoro Cellars in 1998 as a cellar worker and quickly found his niche as a bottling technician.
Known for his strong work ethic and problem-solving skills, Cesar has earned a reputation—both at Castoro and on the road—as a fast, reliable worker and a “quick fixer” when technical issues arise. His ability to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently helps keep bottling operations running smoothly.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Cesar plays an important role in supporting clear communication within the crew.
Reggie Voeller - Velcorin Technician
Reggie began his career in bottling in 2002 as an assistant, where he learned the ins and outs of mobile bottling through hands-on experience and close mentorship. Over the years, he has developed a deep understanding of the equipment, processes, and problem-solving skills needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Reggie enjoys the daily challenge of working with a wide variety of packaging formats and takes pride in adapting to each job’s unique needs. As he puts it, “Every day is different, and I feel like we can do it all—and that is a nice feeling to have.”
A natural handyman, Reggie has a strong appreciation for the mechanical side of bottling and is known for his ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment in the field. His versatility, reliability, and positive attitude make him a valued member of the Castoro Bottling team.
